As the main sales area in the south, the food self-sufficiency rate of Guangdong is generally low. Guangdong province has a large demand for potatoes because of the main grain reserve status, high consumption, potato chips processing, and the broad market prospect. The introduction of this technology can effectively use the idle land resources in winter, and planting in winter and harvesting in spring supplement the vacancies of other vegetables.
